Welcome to Dabil. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dabil cashless dining app, wallet and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Dabil lets you scan a restaurant's QR code, browse its menu, place orders and pay from your Dabil wallet. Organisations may fund staff meal-ticket wallets that can be spent through the app. Restaurants set their own menus, prices and availability; Dabil is not the seller of the food and is not responsible for its preparation, quality or safety.
Once a restaurant accepts your order, it begins preparation and the order generally cannot be cancelled. If an item is unavailable or an error occurs, the restaurant or Dabil may cancel the order and reverse the amount to your wallet. Refund requests should be raised through Contact Admin in the app; refunds, where due, are returned to your Dabil wallet.
If your organisation funds your meal-ticket wallet, those funds are provided under your organisation's rules and may be subject to conditions it sets (such as expiry or eligible use). Meal-ticket funds are used first when you pay for an order.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting fraud or chargeback abuse; accessing another user's account; interfering with or probing the Service's security; using the Service for unlawful purposes; or uploading harmful or infringing content.
If you use Dabil as a restaurant or organisation administrator, you additionally agree to provide accurate business information, honour orders placed through the Service, keep your menu and pricing current, and use customer data only to fulfil orders and as permitted by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security or fraud risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabil is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for issues arising from food quality, restaurant conduct, or third-party services such as payment processing and network availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.
